The apartment is located, with separate access, in the landlord's house. The landlords were very friendly and despite the close proximity you didn't feel watched or disturbed. The owner family hardly used the garden during our stay, if at all. Check in was also friendly and uncomplicated. If we had any questions, we could have contacted the owners at any time. The house is located in a normal, purely residential area. There are no supermarkets or similar in the immediate vicinity. A bakery and a very small grocery store could be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes or in a few minutes by car.

We had a great stay, the apartment is very clean, renovated and very well equipped. The swimming pool is superb and we were able to make the most of it. Jean-Yves and Cathy were very welcoming and friendly from start to finish. We recommend 100%.

As usual, everything was perfect. We spent two weeks in July at the top of our game in the mezzanine studio, with its haven of peace outside, and a magnificent swimming pool always at the right temperature and treated with salt (which avoids all the drawbacks of chlorine).

Wonderful accommodation
Jean-Yves and Cathy were very friendly hosts. The accommodation was well equipped, lovingly furnished and very well maintained. We wanted for nothing. The garden and pool were also beautifully designed, so we had a really relaxing stay and would love to come back again.

Oasis of well-being on the Côte d'Azur
A really nice and warm host who always has an open ear. He is always helpful with questions and tips, but always respects the privacy of holidaymakers. The flat is well equipped and has everything you need for everyday life on holiday. The pool area and the surrounding garden are simply a dream and invite you to relax and unwind. We would love to come back.

Top flat in a small oasis
Many thanks to Jean-Yves and Cathy. We received a very warm welcome and had a wonderful time. The flat is very clean and tastefully furnished. The equipment is very good. If anything is missing, the landlords are very helpful. Thanks to the practical sofa bed, four people can also stay in the flat. The garden and pool are a wonderful oasis. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols for relaxing by the pool. We really liked it there. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We spent two very nice weeks here. The hosts Jean-Yves and Cathy are absolutely friendly and very welcoming. The garden is very well maintained and beautifully laid out. A large pool, great sunbathing areas on the terraces and all amenities are available. The apartment is small but very cosy. Everything is there! Highly recommended if you want to do some sightseeing on the Cote d'Azur and want to stay in a nice, private place.

What can I say! Other than that everything was ‘PERFECT’, even the bottle of rosé waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived.
The location was peaceful and the garden and swimming pool magnificent.
We stayed 2 times this year and have every intention of returning in 2024.

We stayed at Les Cycas for two weeks in September 2023 in the studio. It’s a beautiful and quiet place to relax with a very well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The studio is tastefully decorated and we felt at home almost immediately.
The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool as well as spending time at the nearby beach at St Aygulf.
The studio was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The owners, Cathy and Jean-Yves, are very discreet and it often felt as though we had a private villa to ourselves.
We would recommend the studio to family and friends.

We spent another week with Jean-Yves and Cathy. It was marvellous again. The now heated pool is pure pleasure. The equipment is functional and the landlords are very keen to ensure that everything is available for the comfort of their guests. From reception to departure, everything is wonderfully uncomplicated.

We have been coming here regularly for years as a family with children. We always have the flat and enjoy the paradisiacal garden.
Everything is always well looked after and maintained and the flat is well equipped.

The beach is 15 minutes away by car where you can easily park.
All in all super and reasonable in price.

Fantastic stay, where we spent 2 weeks (in July) practically outdoors between the pool and the terrace, in a very quiet location. We stayed in the mezzanine studio, which had everything you need for a good holiday, especially good bedding and air-conditioning.
But we mustn't forget our hosts, who were always available when we needed them and very discreet at the same time.

Ideally located on the heights of Fréjus in a residential area, we felt very safe. Jean-Yves and Cathy were extremely kind, gave us lots of advice and were very discreet.
